Welcome Message
It is my honor to welcome you to the Skyland Community High School website. My name is Arthur Baraf and I am Skyland’s Principal. Skyland is not an ordinary school. Students who come to Skyland are challenged in ways that most schools do not attempt. They are challenged to create and manage their own projects – projects that are meaningful to them and impacting the real world. They are challenged to discover who they are and who they want to be. They are challenged to follow their passions and work hard on their way to college. They are challenged to make a difference in the world. Skyland is a respectful place where we work together as a community to see every student succeed – one kid at a time. Please explore our website.
